Insurance-Optimized Path – $200 We order medically appropriate labs through your insurance, coordinate the full process with Vitality Blueprint, and provide a complete analysis with personalized recommendations. 3. Cash Standard Panel – $250 We order a complete Standard biomarker panel, process the results through Vitality’s platform, and deliver full analysis + personalized Project Blue recommendations. 4. Cash Elite Panel – $300 Our premium optimization package. We order Vitality’s comprehensive Elite panel and provide an in-depth analysis incorporating both Vitality’s insights and my clinical integration. We schedule your detailed results review and deliver your customized recommendations. Remaining balance is charged upon delivery of the final report.
