Service Description

This test will determine your sweat rate (fluid loss per hour) and the sweat sodium concentration. This will tell you your fluid loss per hour and how much sodium you're losing. From these two key metrics, this information can be used to develop a race-day hydration plan to help avoid cramping and dehydration. Stop guessing what electrolyte mix to use. Test for an accurate assessment of what your body requires during exercise! This can easily be added to either VO2 max testing or lactate testing. Along with a sweat test, this session includes a basic health history, intake exam, body composition assessment, and vitals.
