Don't run out of your medications!
Service Description
Running low on a medication and are unable to see your primary care provider. Don't go without your medications! This includes a review of your medications, recommendations, and education. Medications will only be renewed for a maximum of 3 months, this will vary per person and health status. No control substances will be prescribes (examples include opioids, benzos, or testosterone). Requirements: - Must have had a Health Exam by Project Blue within a year
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are an inevitable part of life. No matter how much you try to plan life happens and unexpected events can alter your schedule. When this happens, you can either request a refund or reschedule for another day. We will do all we can to help meet your needs and make sure you're satisfied.
